Do I need to sign up for a monthly plan?

You will need to select a plan at sign-up, but that also includes our FREE plan. With the Free plan, you can purchase credits and use any validation level you need. Plus, you have access to the API and you can validate as many emails as you need by purchasing one or more credit packs.

How much does it cost to clean an email list?

Our pricing is based on daily volume and level of service. You can use our convenient price calculator to determine how many credits to purchase to validate your list. Credit pricing gets much better with bigger volume, so don't hesitate to purchase for future needs now and save some money-- purchased credit never expires.

How long does it take?

The processing time depends on many different factors, such as the contents of the list and the level of service, so it's impossible to guarantee a timeframe. That said, at our Standard Level of service a list of 10,000 records will generally complete within 1 hour and a list of 1 million records in under 12 hours. Processing times for High and Extreme level services are often significantly longer.

How do I get my results?

Your email list cleaning results can be downloaded simply from the Client Area in as a CSV file or Excel spreadsheet. All data is returned to you in the same order in which it was uploaded along with a status code indicating the result of the verification for each address.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

No! The upload area is easy to use and similar to browsing for a file on your computer. If you know how to attach a file to an email then you are qualified to upload a list to our email validation service.

The results are designed to be simple and easy to interpret. If you do need any assistance, our detailed articles in the knowledge base will walk you through how to read the results and get your list ready for mailing.

What about security? Is my data safe?

Completely. Our entire client area, including the upload and downloads, are a secure HTTPS/SSL environment, so your data is protected. We will never sell, rent or share any of your data. All data is automatically deleted after your job is completed according to your data retention preferences (minimum 5 minutes, maximum 30 days), or you can delete it manually anytime via the client dashboard.
