Dear friends,
We are excited to announce that we have just released a new version of our client area, featuring several new features and improvements.
Here’s what’s new:
Multiple Administrators
Historically, Verifalia accounts were limited to one “root” user who held exclusive privileges - such as setting up contact methods and managing low-balance alerts. Based on your feedback, we have reworked our user management system to allow multiple users with administrative privileges per account. We have also expanded our system to support three distinct types of users: administrators, standard users, and browser apps. These can be easily managed and modified through our client area.
Personalized Contact Settings
Instead of being defined at the account level, contact methods are now configurable for each administrator and standard user. This update allows standard users, in addition to administrators, to set individual mailing preferences and specify a recovery contact method for access recovery.
Enhanced Permissions
We have introduced several additional fine-grained permissions, including the ability to control whether a user can specify a priority when submitting an email verification job through our developers API. We have also upgraded our client area to make it easier to grant or deny specific permissions for any user; also, permissions are now displayed in a more intuitive and user-friendly way.
Improved Navigation
The client area now features a revamped navigation system. The traditional side header menu has been relocated to the left side to accommodate more menu items, improving navigation on mobile devices and wide displays. Additionally, a new user/session menu in the top right provides quick access to useful options.
We really hope you enjoy these updates and we look forward to your feedback!
