Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment types, depending on the selected currency, your country, and the payment reason: the available payment types are automatically presented on our client area on every order check-out and you can pick the one you prefer.

Credit / debit cards

We always accept payments with these credit / debit cards:

  • American Express;
  • Cartes Bancaires;
  • China UnionPay;
  • Diners Club International;
  • Discover
  • JCB
  • MasterCard;
  • Visa.

Digital wallets

We always accept payments with these digital wallets:

  • Alipay;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Browser-saved cards (for example, Microsoft Pay on Edge);
  • Google Pay.

Local payment methods

For credit pack purchases in euros (EUR) only, we also accept the following payment types:

  • EPS, for clients registered in Austria;
  • giropay, for clients registered in Germany;
  • iDEAL, for clients registered in the Netherlands;
  • Przelewy24, for clients registered in Poland;
  • Sofort, for clients registered in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Spain.


For credit pack purchases we also accept payments via PayPal with all of the payment methods PayPal supports, including PayPal balance and:

  • Visa / Delta / Electron;
  • MasterCard / Eurocard;
  • Maestro;
  • American Express;
  • Discover.

Can I pay via bank wire transfer?

Yes, sure! We accept bank wires, provided both the order and the wire itself are made in euros (and not in other currencies) and with an order of at least EUR 500.

In that case, please make sure to elect to pay any fees your bank charges for the transfer and do not subtract the associated wire fees from your payment to Verifalia. Also, ensure that the payment is sent as a bank wire only, and not a ACH, EFT or e-check.

Saved payment methods

Upon first use, credit / debit cards entered on our client area (with the exclusion of those used through PayPal) are automatically saved on the account's saved payment methods, to speed up future purchases. We do not store your payment details: payment data will be saved in Stripe security vaults and you can remove stored data at any time in our client area (Client Area > Billing > Payment Methods > Saved payment methods).

Do you collect VAT for clients in the European Union?

Our net prices are the same for all clients.

For clients residing in the European Union only: VAT on electronic services is added to private individuals plus companies which resides in the same country as the seller. For this reason, depending on your business’ registered office, this value-added tax could be either changed or not, and we perform the calculation automatically upon checking-out.
